From Jackie Demolee:
Hi everyone,
Tomorrow is a very important meeting. We need to nail down the final proposal information for equipment for the bill that will be at student senate on Sunday! That's probably the only thing that will be discussed, but it is very important.
The UND Board of Student Publications is having a meeting TONIGHT to see how much interest there is in having a student-run radio station on campus. If you are at all interested in listening, broadcasting, the technology behind radio, or having an additional news source at UND, please attend!
This won't get off the ground unless people show up and show support. BOSP is the same student government committee that funds the Dakota Student.

Memorial Union, UND
So whatever happened to the UND "Green Bike" Project? We heard in the DS last spring that the program was going to return, but to no avail. I even spoke to someone this fall who claimed they were on the organizing committee and that the next phase was right around the corner. Well, it's November now.
Campus Dakota introduces . . .
Student Organization Services
Use Campus Dakota to:
- Get your name out.
- Get more members.
- Get organized.
- Get things done.
Campus Dakota is a FREE website for college students in North and South Dakota, and is entirely owned and operated by North and South Dakota students. We want to help students, which means helping student organizations.
The Campus Dakota Team is looking for help!
Look, we're good at what we do, but we can't do it alone. We want to make Campus Dakota as good as we can, and that means having more people involved.
We're looking for help in the areas listed below (in no particular order)--but don't look yet!
We know you're busy, and we don't expect everyone to put in as much time as Matt and Brian do (seriously, online for 18 days? Who does that?). That's why we've broken the Team up into smaller groups, so that even in that group, nobody has to do everything.
Now would be a good time to let you know we can’t pay you. However, the work you do for Campus Dakota will have a lasting and important positive impact on your fellow students. Additionally, we think good work at Campus Dakota is a great example of something serious to put on a future resume.
Take a look below and see who we're looking for--if you find something you can do, drop us a line (at webmaster@campusdakota.com). If you want to help but don't see something listed that you happen to be good at, let us know, because chances are you can still help out!
