Use Campus Dakota to:

• Get your name out.
• Get more members.

Campus Dakota is a FREE website for college students in North and South Dakota, and is entirely owned and operated by North and South Dakota students. We want to help students, which means helping student organizations.

Campus Dakota can help your organization by:

• Hosting a public or private message board,
• Publishing press releases or articles about your group on our front page,
• Designing and/or hosting your organization’s website,
• Publishing your events on our calendar,
• Publishing your RSS feed,
• Giving you exposure to the growing number of students who use Campus Dakota every day,
• . . . and much more!

Hosting a public or private message board

The Campus Dakota Message Board Service allows your student organization to have a place where members can chat, discuss, schedule meetings, post documents, and much more. We can set up boards that are public, or boards that only your organization members can see! If you want a public board and private board, we can do that also.

Several organizations currently use this feature, including one board that has over 5,000 posts. Why not add yours, it won't cost you anything!

Publishing press releases or articles about your group on our front page

Yep, you can have your organization featured on our front page and in other areas of the site. These pages have been viewed by thousands of people (this is increasing by the day). Of course, we do not charge for this.

Your post can be about upcoming organization events, an organization profile, or other topics relating to your organization. If you are interested please send an email to webmaster@campusdakota.com

Designing and/or hosting your organization’s website

Do you have a website, do you want a website, do you want someone to take care of your website for you? We can do all of those things for free. Campus Dakota can host a website that you have already built or we can design one for you. If you want your organization to have an Internet presence then we can help you out.

We will do all of this at no cost and we won't put up huge banner ads like some of those other free sites. Why do we do all of this? Because we are here to serve the students and serving student organizations is serving the students. Publishing your events on our calendar

We have a calendar so why not use it you post your organization events for others to see?

Publishing your RSS feed

Do you already have a blog or post news about your organization? Than we can set up a feed from your site that will bring the content over to Campus Dakota to be shared with others. This can be done several ways, take a look at Student News and Blogs for an example of what we can do.

Giving you exposure to the growing number of students who use Campus Dakota every day

Campus Dakota is growing in popularity everyday: expose your student organization to the students that may be interested!

Does My Organization Have To Be Officially Recognized By A College Or University?

Not necessarily, just send us an email at webmaster@campusdakota.com and tell us a little about your organization and we can discuss it with you.
